I checked Allamakee Co. Recorders birth book #3 which starts with 1898, there were no Beringers listed, but they have this disclaimer on the book: 1904,1904,1905 & 1909 are not indexed and they have no information for those years.I also checked book #4 which are births that were delayed in reporting and found nothing.
I then checked death Books 2 & 3, which cover 1897-1921 and found no Beringers. They have this disclaimer on book "No records for 1905-1907." Sorry I couldn't help. Paul Moritz, Lansing, IA
