Iowa City -- Miss Haroldean Smith, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Smith, has enlisted in the Waves, and has been notified she will be called to begin her training at Hunter college in New York City about Oct. 1 She is a graduate of Iowa Falls high school in the class of 1941 and attended Ellsworth junior college here for one year. She has been employed recently as secretary at the Ralston Puriana plant in Iowa Falls.

JOINS WAVES
Iowa Falls -- Haroldean Smith, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Smith, has enlisted in the WAVES, and expects to be called for training the first of October. After graduation from Iowa Falls high school she attended Ellsworth junior college for one year, then was employed in the office of a retail store in Des Moines for several months. Recently she has been employed as a secretary at the Ralston Purina plant in Iowa Falls.
