John A. Sciachitano, seaman, second class, son of Mr. and Mrs. Vito Sciachitano, 328 Jackson ave., recently spent a 15 day furlough here from Farragut, Idaho, with his parents and sister, Mrs. Josephine Candilere, Detroit, Mich. Seaman Sciachitano completed boot training at Farragut where he has returned for further assignment.
Sergt. Joe Sciachitano and Sergt. Tony Sciachitano, brothers of John, recently met in England when Tony arrived there. Joe has been stationed in England three years.
Their sister, Pvt. Katherine Sciachitano, marine, recently completed boot training at Camp Lejeune, N.C. and now is stationed at Quantico, Va.

Pvt. Charlotte G. Brown and Pvt. Katherine Sciachitano have completed the marine boot training at Camp Lejeune, N.C. Private Brown, daughter of Mrs. Don Gale, 714 Rose ave., has been assigned to duty at the marine barracks, Parris Island, S.C. as clerk typist. Private Sciachitano has been sent to the marine barracks, Quantico, Va, to serve as supply clerk.
