Three Des Moines women have enlisted in the WAVES and will leave soon for Hunter college, New York City. They are Lucile Wearmouth, 1134 Thirty-first st; Marcelline Schleisman, 1439 Fourth st, and Bernice Goldstick, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. S.A. Goldstick, 1501 Second ave.

Marcelline Schleisman of WAVES Returning Soon to Civilian Life
Ottumwa, Ia -- Returning to civilian life after 24 months of duty in the navy, Marcelline C. Schleisman, S 1/c, 1121 1/2 North Court, Carroll, Ia., has been transferred from the navy pre-flight school of NAS Ottumwa, Iowa to the naval separation center at PSU Great Lakes, Ill.
