May Grace Remington Zelenik was born Mar. 9, 1915 to Boyd Scott and Grace Myrtle Wood Remington. She died Sept. 30, 1991 and is buried in Nashville National Cemetery, Madison, TN.
Lt. Remington served in World War II with the U.S. Army 165th General Hospital in Nice, France. She was the hospital dietitian there.
She married John S. Zelenik. Col. Zelenik also served in World War II with the 165th General and the 191st Hospital in Paris where he was assistant chief of medical service.
