Kathleen Quinlan, pharmacist's mate third class, has been transferred from the navy hospital in Brooklyn, N.Y. to the naval air base at Jacksonville, Fla. Miss Quinlan, who has been in the WAVES since August 6, 1943, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Quinlan of Oxford.

WOMEN IN SERVICE
Kathleen Quinlan, pharmacist's mate third class, has arrived to join a hospital staff in Hawaii, according to word received by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. W.J. Quinlan of Oxford. She formerly was stationed at Burbank, Calif. Pharmacist's Mate Quinlan was graduated from Oxford high school and Cornell college and taught school for two years before entering the WAVES.
