Miss Lola T. Pulvermacher, 22, has been called to active duty in the marines, and left Monday for Hunters college, New York, for indoctrination. She enlisted for service in March. Miss Pulvermacher has been employed by the Hinson Manufacturing company, and during her residence here lived at 304 Fowler street. She is the sister of Mrs. Ben Thompson of Jesup, Ia.
