Des Moines in the Services
Two Des Moines women were enrolled recently in the WAVES yeoman training school at Iowa State Teachers college, Cedar Falls, Ia. They are Marcella B. DeCarlo, wife of Arthur DeCarlo, 3819 Second ave. and Virginia H. Phipps, wife of Sergt. Robert D. Phipps, 4115 Cambridge st.

Virginia H. Phipps, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Hough, 4115 Cambridge ave., has been graduated from the naval training school at Cedar Falls, Ia.
