Two Waterloo women have completed basic training and a course of indoctrination at the naval trianing school for Waves at The Bronx, N.Y. They are Virginia Ann Newville, 20, seaman second class, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. Elmer Newville, 116 Harrison street, now stationed at the naval air training base, Corpus Christi, Tex., on office duty, and Wilma M. Knoke, 20, daughter of Mrs. W.C. Peterson, 125 1/2 Block street, now stationed at the naval hospital corps school., Great Lakes, Ill. Both are former West high school students.
