Navy Signs Three Here; One's Wave
Two sailors and one Wave have been enlisted in the navy through the Waterloo recruiting office, it was announced Friday.
They are Cecil Clair Redding,Jr.,Walter August Wachter; and Regina Mary Mitchell, Luana, Ia.
The two men both of whom enlisted in the naval reserve have returned home to wait calls to active duty, and Miss Mitchell who has been employed for the past year in a Waterloo restaurant will report soon for indoctrination at Hunter college, New York.
