MEN and WOMEN IN SERVICE
Madeline Maklebust, petty officer third class stationed with the Waves in Virginia Beach, Va., is visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. L. E. Maklebust, 609 S. Alice Street. She took her boot training at Hunter College and her store-keeper training in Milledgeville, Ga., later reporting for duty at Norfolk, Va.

Madeline Maklebust, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. L. E. Maklebust, 609 S. Alice street, is home on a 15-day leave. Seaman Maklebust, a WAVE, is stationed at the Cavalier hotel, Virginia Beach, Va. She has been in service for two years. Entering Hunter college in June, 1943, she subsequently served in Georgia and Virginia.
