Rockwell City, Iowa – Irma Jane Leonard, second Rockwell City young women to enlist in the Waves since the first of the year, will report at Hunter College, New York City, March 25 to enter training. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. D.E. Leonard and had been office secretary of the Calhoun County selective service board.
