Miss Hindman Is Now Lieutenant in Army Nurses Corps
Miss Gladys Hindman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Tom Hindman of Pleasantville, Ia., and a graduate of Mercy Hospital School of Nursing, has received the commission of lieutenant in the army nurses corps. She has been on the staff of St Joseph's hospital in Phoenix, Ariz.
Lieut. Hindman has reported for duty at the Marfa army air field, Marfa, Tex. Two brothers are also in the service. Joseph is being held prisoner in Germany and Richard is stationed at the U.S. naval air station at Quansit Point., R.I.
