Eloise Henry Engaged to J.E. Shulins
Mr. and Mrs. Howard R. Henry, 985 Twenty-fifth st., announce the engagement of their daughter, Eloise, to Jack E. Shulins, son of Mr. and Mrs. E.A. Shulins of LaMesa, Calif.
Miss Henry was graduated from Roosevelt High School and is employed by the United States Rubber Co. Mr. Shulins was graduated from La Mesa High school and completed the naval training course at Iowa State college. He is now an electrician, third class, on the U.S. Nevada at San Francisco, Cal.
No date has been set for the wedding.

Miss Eloise Henry, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Henry, 985 Twenty-fifth st., who has enlisted in the WAVES, has received orders to report Mar 9, at Hunters College at New York City. She has been employed for the last 22 months at the U.S. Rubber Co. Miss Henry's brother, Hasbrouck Henry, pharmacists mate, third class is stationed with the U.S. coast guard academy at New London, Conn.

Eloise Henry, seaman, second class, in the WAVES, completed her boot training at Hunter college, New York City, and now is stationed at San Diego, Cal., in the communications office. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H.R. Henry, 985 Twenty-fifth st.
