DOROTHY l. GERTZ MADE CORPORAL AT FT. DES MOINES

Pfc. Dorothy L. Gertz, daughter of Mrs. Robert E. Gardner, Buffalo, has been promoted to the grade of corporal in the Women's Army Corps, according to an announcement from the First WAC training center at Ft. Des Moines, Ia. She has been stationed at the Des Moines post for some time.

Dorothy L. Gertz, Buffalo, has been promoted to the rank of technician, forth grade, in the Women's Army Corps at Ft. Des Moines, Ia, according to an announcement from the public relations office.
