Will Become Medical Technician
Mrs. Betty Jean Fisher, 20, left, who resides with her mother, Mrs. Harriett Troy, 409 West 29th street, Cedar Falls, is shown as she was sworn in as a member of the Wac. Lt Mabel Hunter administered the oath Tuesday morning in the federal building here. Mrs. Fisher, formerly employed at the John Deere Tractor Co will enter Wac training Feb. 14 at Des Moines, and will be trained as a medical technician.
