Fern Alice Carlisle Brooke Scott Terrill was born Sept. 13, 1924 to Forrest E and Cecil Phelan Carlisle. She died Nov. 4, 2003 and is buried in Memorial Park Cemetery, Muscatine, IA.
Petty Officer Carlisle served with the U.S. Navy in World War II. She was married to Howard D. Brooke who served with the U.S. Army. She was also married to Ray Dempsey “Jack” Terrill. He served with the U.S. Navy in World War II.
