Theo Thomas ‘Ted’ Yancy was born Oct. 2, 1918 to John and Jessie Lakin Yancy. He died Feb. 6, 2004 and is buried in the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Bear, DE.
Sgt. Yancy was a veteran of World War II and Korea. He retired in 1965 from the 1607 Civil Engineers Squadron.
