Lester Andrew Wieser was born Dec. 21, 1909 to John and Johannah Burchard Wieser. He died Aug. 14, 1944 and is buried in Brittany American Cemetery, Saint James, France.
Pvt. Wieser served in World War II with the U.S. Army 330th Infantry Regiment, 83rd Infantry Division and was KIA in France in the service of his country and was awarded the Purple Heart.
