Men And Women In Service
Arthur R. Washburn, son of Mr. and Mrs. A.J. Washburn, 3422 Orleans Avenue, was recently commissioned a second lieutenant in the Marine Corps reserve and won his navy wings upon completion of a preflight training course at the naval air training center, Pensacola, Florida.
