Conrad W. Wahl was born Nov. 5, 1918 to Robert Emanuel and Nora M. Murphy Wahl. He died Dec. 20, 1942 and is memorialized at the Walls of the Missing, Manila American Cemetery, Taguig City, Philippines. His remains were recovered and he was interred in a group burial at Arlington National Cemetery, Apr. 27, 1990.
Sgt. Wahl served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 400th Bomber Squadron, 90th Bomber Group, Heavy and was MIA/KIA in New Guinea and was awarded the Silver Star and Purple Heart. Conrad was part of the crew on B-24D #41-23766.
