Winferd Leroy Wagner was born Mar. 23, 1916 to William C. and Jennie Petrie Wagner. He died Sept. 29, 1944 and is buried in Riverside Cemetery, Marshalltown, IA.
Pvt. Wagner served in World War II with the U.S. Army 713 Railway Operating Battalion, Transportation Corps and died in the service of his country in the North African area.
