IN UNIFORM
Pfc. Otis J. Tubbs, 1615 Glendale boulevard, now a patient at Fitzsimmons General Hospital, Denver, Colorado, was awarded the Purple Heart for wounds received in a bomb explosion near Hurtgen in Germany on November 25, 1944. Pvt. Tubbs was a member of company C, 47th armored infantry, Fifth armored division.
