IN UNIFORM.
Derward Rhodes, warrant officer in the navy, has been promoted to chief warrant officer, his wife has been informed. He has served in the navy eight years and at present is in the South Pacific area. Hiw wife and two children, Linda and Derward, reside at 1601 ½ S. Irene street.
