Eugene Lowell ‘Gene’ Reisetter was born July 20, 1918 to Archie Bayard and Percy Bergeson Reisetter. He died Sept. 18, 2010 and is buried in the Greenwood Cemetery, Ellsworth, IA. He registered for the service (legal res) Radcliffe, IA, Hardin, County.
Pvt. Reisetter served in the infantry in Germany and received a Purple Heart as a result of wounds and a concussion from a tank explosion.
