Oto Air Veteran Honored
Tucson, Ariz.—Special: Technical Sergeant Victor G. Parkhill of Oto, Iowa, is shown above receiving the Air Medal from Col. Wilson V. Newhall, director of maintenance and supply at recent ceremonies at Davis-Monthan field, Tucson. Sergeant Parkhill was cited for meritorious achievement while participation in aerial flights of operation flying against the enemy while a crew member of a four-engine bomber in the Middle East Theater.
