Willis O'Rourke, son of Mr. and Mrs. E.L. O'Rourke, 116 Lane street, has been promoted from corporal to sergeant. Sergeant O'Rourke took his basic training at Camp Rucker, Ala. He is now in Nashville, Tenn., on maneuvers.
