Warren B. Newman was born Aug. 22, 1921 to Carey Jr. and Esther Bell Newman. He died May 11, 1945 and is buried in Netherlands American Cemetery, Margraten, Netherlands.
Lt. Newman served in World War II with the 401st Fighter Squadron, 370th Fighter Group and died in the service of his country. He was awarded the Air Medal with 8 Oak Leaf Clusters.
