Harold LeRoy Luett was born Apr. 21, 1918 to Elmer J. and Carrie V. Harper Luett. He died Apr. 20, 1944 and is memorialized at the Tablets of the Missing, North Africa American Cemetery, Tunis, Tunisia.
Cpl. Luett served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 32nd Photographic Squadron, 5th Reconnaissance Group and was MIA/KIA in the Mediterranean Theater while serving his country. He was awarded the Purple Heart.
