Mason Richard Lowe was born Dec. 6, 1902 to Richard Henry and Winifred Wright Lowe. He died Dec. 30, 1979 and is buried in Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA.
Capt. Lowe served in World War II with the U.S. Navy and became a POW of the Japanese after the fall of Corregidor.
