Bassett - Lowell Locky, seaman 2/c, returned to the Great Lakes station Wednesday after a leave of 15 days. he visited here with his sister and family, Mrs. Cecil Michals, also with relatives at Nashua and Charles City.

Lowell L. Lockey was born July 24, 1920 to Harry and Martha Paisley Lockey. He died Aug. 31, 1999 and is buried in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery, Des Moines, IA.
