Salix, Iowa—Two residents of Salix reported for duty at the Farragut, Idaho, naval base. They are Oliver A. Kinnaman, son of Mr. and Mrs. Vet Kinnaman and Henry A. Bertrand, son of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Bertrand.
