Victor O. Kakac, Jr. was born Aug. 31, 1924 to Victor (Sr.) and Blanche Kakac. He died Aug. 1, 1944 and is buried in Normandy American Cemetery, Colleville-sur-Mer, France.
Pvt. Kakac served in World War II with the U.S. Army 137th Infantry Regiment, 35th Infantry Division and was KIA in France. He was awarded the Purple Heart.
