IN UNIFORM
Walter Forest Howard, son of Mrs. H. A. Howard of Moville, and a graduate of East High School, was a member of a class which has completed primary training at the naval air station in Dallas, Texas and which has been ordered to the United States naval air station, Pensacola, Florida for basic and advanced work.
