William L. Harding was born Nov. 9, 1916 to Clarence Lee and Alice “Allie" Christine Kerr Harding. He died Nov. 21, 1944 and is buried in Henri-Chapelle American Cemetery, Hombourg, Belgium.
Pvt. Harding served in World War II with the U.S. Army 18th Infantry Regiment, 1st Infantry Division and was MIA/KIA in Germany and awarded the Purple Heart.
