Earl Eugene Hathaway, Jr. was born Nov. 10, 1920. He died Dec. 18, 1982 and is buried in Union Cemetery, Pomeroy, IA
Pvt. Hathaway served with the U.S. Army in World War II and was attached to an army railway engineer unit at Cherbourg, France.
