Delbert Ross Harvey was born Jan. 13, 1916 to James Madison and Mary Belle Gates Harvey. He died Dec. 8, 1996 and is buried in Rock Island National Cemetery, Rock Island, IL.
Sgt. Harvey served with the U.S. Army Air Corps in World War II.
