Andrew Chris Graff was born Sept. 10, 1916 to Andrew and Alma A. Kloetzer Graff. He died Apr. 11, 1944 and is buried in Ardennes American Cemetery, Neupre, Belgium and memorialized at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Franklin County, IA.
Sgt. Graff served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 501st Squadron, 44th Bombardment Group and was KIA in Germany and awarded the Air Medal with 3 Oak Leaf Clusters.
