Douglas Miles Flynn was born Dec. 27, 1923 to Frank and Jennete Nellis Flynn. He died Sept. 17, 1943 and is buried in Holaday Creek Cemetery, Webster Co., IA.
Pvt. Flynn served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps with the 4th Technical School Squadron and was killed while on active duty in Galveston, TX.
