Russell Paul Fleming was born Apr. 5, 1919 to Roland C. and Emma Patterson Fleming. He died Jan. 8, 1944 and is buried in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, MO.
Lt. Fleming served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 530th Bomb Squadron (H), 380th Bombardment (H) and was MIA/FOD/KIA in the Pacific area in the service of his country.
