James Lewis Flack was born Aug. 1, 1921 to George F. and Mary Anna Lamb Flack. He died Aug. 17, 1944 and is memorialized at the Tablets of the Missing, Sicily-Rome American Cemetery, Nettuno, Italy.
Capt. Flack served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 487th Bomb Squadron and was MIA/FOD/KIA and was awarded the Purple Heart and Air Medal with 3 Oak Leaf Clusters.
