Edward James Dullard was born July 8, 1915 to Patrick James and Jennie Marie Noonan Dullard. He died Nov. 16, 1984 and is buried in Volusia Memorial Park, Ormond Beach, FL.
Chief Petty Officer Dullard served with the U.S. Navy in World War II on Guam and became a Japanese POW.
