James Dougherty, seaman first class, son of Mr. and Mrs. Leo J. Dougherty, 1803 W. 15th Street, now is at New Orleans waiting further orders. He recently spent a five-day delay en route at home. He was graduated from the signal-man’s school at Sampson, N.Y.
