Activities of Union Soldiers
Pvt. Henry Dearchs, another Union boy, is able to reveal that he has been in a hospital for the second time. He is also back in Australia. His trouble could not be made known, but when he wrote he was expecting to be released from the hospital soon.

Henry Dearchs, Jr. was born Apr. 1, 1919 to Henry Herbert and Josie R. Rawson Dearchs. He died Mar. 3, 2000 and is buried in Riverview Cemetery, Algona, IA.
Pvt. Dearchs served in World War II with the U.S. Army.
