Howard R. Crane was born Oct. 9, 1925 to Howard (Sr.) and Lottie Lee Crane. He died Feb. 13, 2014 and is buried in Memorial Park Cemetery, Mason City, IA.
Petty Officer Crane served with the U.S. Navy in World War II aboard the USS Jarvis in the North Pacific Fleet.
