Private Russell E. Collins, son of Mr. and Mrs. Cliff E. Collins, 1711 S. Clinton Street, has been assigned to an army air corps unit at St. Petersburg, Florida, according to word received her by his parents. He is a graduate of East high school and enlisted in the air corps last December.
