Harold Kilburn Clapsaddle was born Nov. 7, 1916 to Frank K. and Glo Etta Beaman Clapsaddle. He died Sept. 27, 1983.
Petty Officer Clapsaddle served in World War II with the U.S. Navy in the Philippine Islands and became a Japanese POW.
