Robert Franklin Carlon was born June 29, 1912 to Harry F. and Lula M. Evans Carlon. He died Feb. 6, 1945 and is buried in Manila American Cemetery, Taguig City, Philippines.
Cpl. Carlon served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 1876th Engineer Battalion, Aviation and died in the service of his country.
