William Glenn Burr was born Jan. 17, 1921 to William Hartford and Hazel Windust Burr. He died June 9, 1942 and is buried in Glendale Cemetery, Des Moines, IA.
Cpl. Burr served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps and died in Cuero, TX while an aviation student at Brayton Flying School.
