Marshall James Barlow, Jr. was born June 30, 1922 to Marshall James (Sr.) and Rubee Elizabeth West Barlow. He died June 19, 1943 and is buried in Glendale Cemetery, Des Moines, IA.
Lt. Barlow served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps and died as the result of an airplane accident near Florence, South Carolina.
